Fiso Group is an innovator in wellness and healthcare solutions, dedicated to providing advanced therapeutic services across New Zealand. We are currently looking for a skilled Medicell Therapist/Trainer with extensive expertise in wellness, medicell specialist, and therapeutic devices. 

Role Overview

As a Medicell Therapist/Trainer, you will utilise your background in wellness and deliver quality treatments, train clients and professionals, and ensure effective use of Medicell wellness products. Your expertise will directly enhance client wellness and contribute to elevating healthcare and therapeutic services within New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Medicell wellness and massage therapy sessions, creating customised treatment plans to support client well-being.

  • Train and educate wellness professionals on the effective use of Medicel products, sharing technical knowledge and demonstrating therapeutic applications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wellness clients and industry professionals, offering support and assistance as needed.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to integrate Medicell wellness solutions seamlessly within Fiso Group’s offerings.

  • Stay current with wellness trends and best practices to continuously improve treatment and service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness or massage therapy, specifically within Medicell.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of wellness and therapeutic devices, ideally with experience in the Japanese wellness industry or similar international contexts.

  • Strong client relationship skills and commitment to delivering high-quality wellness support.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Japanese (required) and proficiency in English (required).

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Medicell trained and certified 

  • Eligibility for a New Zealand working visa and willingness to relocate.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate of $26 - $32, based on experience and qualifications.
